Alan has lived in Weott for 15 years and joined the Weott Community Services District Board of Directors in July 2020. Alan also serves as the President on the Board of the Humboldt Redwoods Interpitive Assiociation. He is retired from the US Navy and was a registered nurse at Redwood Memorial Hospital for 21 years.
